Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on Keevan Store are digital goods — files delivered electronically and made available for immediate download once payment is confirmed. Accepted product formats include PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and ZIP archives.
Due to the instant nature of digital delivery:
- Products cannot be physically returned once delivered
- Downloaded files cannot be “unseen” or revoked from your device
- Access to the download link is granted automatically the moment your payment is confirmed
- All purchases are processed in USD — a currency converter is available on all product pages for African buyers
This refund policy exists to be fair to both buyers who have a legitimate issue, and to sellers who have put effort into creating and listing their products.
General No-Refund Policy
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally considered final once a download has been initiated. Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Refund Eligibility — Exceptional Cases
While our general policy is strict, we understand that genuine technical errors can occur. Refunds may be considered only in the following specific circumstances, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase (order number or payment receipt):
A. Duplicate Payment / Double Charge
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment gateway or system error — whether via card, MTN Mobile Money, or Airtel Money — we will refund the duplicate transaction promptly.
B. Corrupted or Inaccessible File
If the downloaded product file is broken, incomplete, or impossible to open, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued.
C. Product Not Delivered
If your payment was successfully processed but you did not receive a download link or access email — even after checking your spam/junk folder and waiting 30 minutes — please contact us and we will investigate and either resend the file or issue a refund.
D. Product Materially Misrepresented
If the product you received is substantially and materially different from what was described in its listing — not merely different from your personal expectations — and the seller is unable to resolve the discrepancy, Keevan Store may intervene and issue a refund at its discretion.
* All exception claims require a proof of purchase. Keevan Store reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Our team will review your request and either resolve it with a replacement file, escalate to the seller, or process your refund — all within 24–72 hours.

Technical Support Before a Refund
Before submitting a refund request, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. The vast majority of reported issues can be resolved quickly without a refund.
Our team provides assistance for the following common issues at no extra cost:
- Resending a missing download link to your email
- Providing a working replacement if a file is corrupted
- Guidance on how to open, extract, or access your file (PDF, Excel, ZIP)
- Basic setup and usage support for templates and tools
- Troubleshooting payment issues with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or card
Contacting support is always the fastest path to resolution. A refund can take several business days; a support response takes 24–72 hours.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card provider, MTN, or Airtel without first contacting Keevan Store is strongly discouraged and may be treated as fraud.
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with our team:
- Your Keevan Store account will be suspended immediately
- Access to all previously purchased products may be revoked
- You may be permanently banned from future purchases and seller activity on the platform
- The dispute will be contested with full transaction evidence provided to the payment processor

Seller Obligations & Buyer Protection
Keevan Store holds sellers accountable for the quality and accuracy of the products they list. All sellers agree to the following when listing on the platform:
- Products must accurately match their listing title, description, and any previews shown
- Accepted formats are: PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and ZIP
- AI-generated products must be reviewed and validated by the seller before listing to ensure accuracy and quality
- Sellers must not list products that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Products must not contain malware, viruses, or any harmful code
If a buyer reports a legitimate product issue and the seller fails to cooperate with resolution, Keevan Store may intervene directly — including issuing a refund and removing the product from the marketplace.
Keevan Store takes an 8% commission on each sale. Seller payouts are made weekly in USD to bank or PayPal accounts, once the $20 minimum threshold is reached. Refund decisions may affect pending seller payouts.
Product Description Accuracy
We are committed to transparency. Every product page on Keevan Store is required to include:
- A clear, honest title and description of what is included in the product
- The file format and any software version requirements
- Screenshots, previews, or sample pages where applicable
- A currency converter so African buyers can estimate the equivalent local cost before purchasing
Buyers are responsible for reading the full product description, requirements, and previews before purchasing. We cannot process refund requests that arise from information already clearly stated in the product listing.

Updates to This Policy
Keevan Store reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our platform, payment methods, or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will:
